Female figures can be classified into three different types of shapes that resemble fruits. The most harmful of them is the so called apple type as excess centimeters in the area of waist and belly increase the risk of serious disease.
In order to reduce the possible problems you need to get in shape with the help of sport and diet that are appropriate just for your body shape.
Determine the shape of your waist:
Divide your waist measurement by the thigh measurement then check if the result falls into one of the following intervals:
– from 1 to 0.75 – apple
– from 0.75 to 0.65 – hourglass
– less than 0.65 – pear
According to doctors the ideal waist should not exceed 81 cm but most of the times the average value is around 87 cm that is an increase of 6 cm in the last 50 years.
Regular exercise influences hormonal status by lowering the levels of the female hormones. Most of the times this fact is established through the prophylactics of disease of the female reproductive system. Besides that sport helps to improve and enhance the work of the heart and the nervous, respiratory and digestive systems.
Bear in mind that it is more difficult to get rid of excess fat deposits in the area of thighs and buttocks compared to stomach area. The reason is that the blood flow in the area of thighs and buttocks is not as active as in the stomach area.

Pluses: It is the easiest to reduce the measurements of the belly and waist
– Increase the quantity of foods that are rich in fibers such as legumes, root crops etc.
– Start the day with gruel and fresh fruit
– Reduce the use of animal fat
– It is useful to eat non fatty meats, stewed sweet dried fruit with honey, citrus fruit, soy products, fish and walnuts that ensure better protection of cardio vascular diseases

– Do not go to extremes by using just low calorie food. A lot of the skimmed products are delicious because of the high percentage of proteins and carbohydrates.
– Substitute juices with fruit.
– It is useful to consume skimmed milk, non fatty fish, sea food, whole grain bread, dark rice, green salad, cabbage
– In order to keep the skin in the thigh area toned it is good to eat tomatoes. Tomatoes contain biologically active ingredients that help skin regeneration. Tomato juice boosts immune processes and is recommended during the diet period.
Exercises for legs and buttocks: kneel on the floor. Arms are bent in the elbows that rest on the floor. The body and the head should be on straight line. Lift one of your legs bent in the knee upwards without unbending and return it in starting position. Repeat 15 times.
Massage the legs and buttocks by rubbing them with hands or with the help of massaging device starting from downwards to upwards. Spread anti cellulite creams during the massage process or after it.

Pluses: This is the most favourable body shape. In order to lose weight it is enough to reduce the size of the portions.
– Reduce the use of sweets, walnuts and avocado
– Include more easy to assimilate proteins in your meals (non fatty meats e.g. chicken/ turkey, white meat from chests without skin, eggs and skimmed milk), a lot of green leaf vegetables and fruits.
>Sport: No tiring exercise is needed. It is enough to keep yourself in good shape. You can for example use bike trainer, train sport walking or skiing.
